I don’t believe in balance.
I believe in rhythm.
In systems.

Here’s how I run mine.
🌅 Mornings: Movement + Stillness
I’m up around 6–6:30am. No alarm, no rush.
🏋️♂️ Training
First thing: Weights + Calisthenics, 4–5x a week.
Heavy lifts. Intentional movement. No distractions.
A couple days a week, I’ll swap this for padel tennis—fun, social, still demanding.
🧘♂️ Sauna + Sun
Post-training, I get straight into sauna + sunlight.
Sweat it out. Ground in. Recharge.
This isn’t luxury—it’s nervous system regulation.
☀️ Mid-Morning: Flow + Focus
After training, I walk. Beach if possible. Always solo.
No phone calls. Just steps, nature, clarity.
This is when I get ideas.
Not while “working”—while being present.
Then it’s deep work: strategy, writing, founder calls.
No meetings before 10:30am. Ever.
🧠 Afternoon: Execution Mode
This is when the world kicks in.
• Team check-ins
• Creative reviews
• Key decisions
• Ops clean-up
• Supporting my brands + clients
I batch everything that feels like “output.”
And delegate anything that doesn’t need me.
🌙 Evening: Wind Down to Win
By 7pm, I’m off screens.
Dinner early.
Yoga Nidra by 9.
Asleep by 9:30pm.
That sounds extreme to some.
But if I want to be superhuman when it matters—
I have to be disciplined when it’s quiet.
🧾 Weekly & Monthly Rhythm
• Weekly: Strategy reset, team rituals, creative time
• Monthly: Personal audit, time use review, investment focus
• Quarterly: Vision recalibration + environment reset
Life gets messy.
That’s why I build in the habits that pull me back to calm.
